Project architect, project manager, production architect, modeller/renderer - Muntinlupa

PROJECT ARCHITECT
•BS Arch., male or female, between 25 to 35 years old.
•Licensed Architect. Should have at least 5 years experience in handling mid- rise buildings, high end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
•Knows how to prepare, architectural schematic and design development, presentation drawings and documents, contract documents (specifications working drawings and details).
•Should have knowledge and experience in operating Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Google Sketch Up, MS Office, 3D Studio Max and MS Project.
•Must be pro-active, can work well with a team, quality oriented and can work well under pressure.
•Must have pleasing personality, proficient in oral and written communication skills both in Filipino and English
PROJECT MANAGER
•BS Civil Eng., male or female, between 25 to 35 years old.
•Licensed Civil Eng. Should have at least 5 years experience in construction and project management of residential and commercial projects.
•Knows how to prepare project schedules, PERT.CPM Charts, estimates, site reports and other related construction management documents.
•Should have knowledge in operating Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Google Sketch Up, MS Office and MS Project.
•Must be pro-active, can work well with a team, quality oriented and can work well under pressure.
•Must have pleasing personality, proficient in oral and written communication skills both in Filipino and English
PRODUCTION ARCHITECT
•BS Arch., male or female, between 25 to 35 years old.
•Should have at least 2 years experience in preparing manual and electronic architectural and engineering working drawings for residential, hospitality and commercial projects
•Knows how to prepare, architectural schematic and design development, presentation drawings and documents, contract documents (specifications working drawings and details).
•Should have knowledge in operating Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Google Sketch Up, MS Office and MS Project, Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop.
•Must be pro-active, can work well with a team, quality oriented and can work well under pressure.
•Must have pleasing personality, proficient in oral and written communication skills both in Filipino and English
MODELLER/ RENDERER
•Should have knowledge in operating Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Google Sketch Up, MS Office and MS Project, Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop.
•Should have at least 2 years experience in modeling/ rendering of residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
•Should have the ability to understand and work-out basic and standard construction details.
•Must be pro-active, can work well with a team, quality oriented and can work well under pressure.
