- Architecture or Civil Engineering Graduate
- Familiar with CSI specifications and can do specification writing
- With 5-years or more Sales Experience with Design Architects, Structural Design Engineers, Civil Contractors
- Selling experience of Concrete Construction Chemicals such as FOSROC, SIKA, BASF, W R Grace, etc.
- Has excellent personal relationship with Design Architects & Contractors within the Philippine Civil Construction Industry
- Knowledgeable & computer literate with AUTOCAD, Revit & Microsoft Office software
- Aggressive and result-oriented even under pressure
- HONEST and creative; Can work with minimum supervision
