Requirements:

- Preferab
ly college graduate of a relevant medical course (BSN, Pharma, etc...) but not mandatory
- At least completed 3 years in college.
- Preferably have experience handling UK voice account or medical-related work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar CSR and/or Trainer role would be an advantage.
- Should have excellent/conversant English and any of the languages (Thai, Spanish, Chinese and Korean)
