Personal Assistant (night shift)
Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Source office supplies, act as liaison at times
Produce reports, presentations and briefs for sales presentations and staff meetings
Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager’s meetings and other executive meetings
Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area
Provide administrative support
Requirements
Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
SEO Knowledge an advantage
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Above average communication skills both oral and written
Keen to details and should have a strong personality
Can do multi-tasking and stay calm under pressure
Discretion and confidentiality
Willing to work night shift
College undergraduate are welcome, degree is a plus
Vocational diploma/short course certificate/secretarial or equivalent welcome
